Warranty period description
1 During the warranty period, due to the damage caused by the quality of the product itself, we are responsible for “three guarantees”, namely “warranty”, “transfer” and “return”.

2 During the warranty period, due to product failure caused by non-use or natural disasters, we will provide repair service free of charge, and only charge for the cost of damage or replacement of parts.

3 After the expiration of the warranty period, we provide lifetime maintenance services. We are responsible for the handling of product quality and fault problems, and charge for replacement parts at a cost.

Fault response time
Providing 7*24 hours service, we guarantee to respond within 1 hour after receiving the user's maintenance notice, and dispatch the maintenance personnel to the site within 8 hours to solve the quality problem to ensure the user's needs.
